Wow this Cinderella law is the nanny state gone wrong.
Even though I wasn’t treated well by my mother when I was young, I don’t think this law is the way to ensure good parenting. A LOT of families share jokes in which they poke fun of each other. A LOT of parents make parenting mistakes, especially with their first children. There is a saying that the oldest is often the guinea pig in parenting. A LOT of times, family members do misunderstand each other, say things which unintentionally do more harm than good.
What the heck are NSPCC and some of these MPs thinking?
